As we are a Buy and Sell Fashion boutique we do not offer refunds on good purchased, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Contact us as soon as you change your mind and we will remove your item(s) from sale if it has not already been sold.

We will take the utmost care of your items but ego cannot take responsibility for any loss, damage or theft.

You can collect your item(s) or you can donate them to charity. If you do not collect them within 2 weeks from the date they are removed from sale, they will be donated to charity.

Your items will be on sale for 6 weeks. We will contact you after this time if your item(s) have not sold.

You receive the larger share of the sale price. ego charges 40% (plus VAT) of the sale price and so you take 40%.

We recommend the best price we think your item will sell for but you can request an alternative price.

We accept and sell fashion and fashion accessories all day, every day. You do not need an appointment; we are always ready to look at your item(s).

We do our best to distinguish genuine designer labels but given the high quality of some counterfeiting, we cannot guarantee the authenticity.

We sell shoes, handbags, purses, belts, hats and other accessories. We stock a small range of new jewellery and so we do not sell our customers' jewellery.

We sell items that are in-season. Coats and warm clothes in autumn and winter, lighter items in spring and summer.

ego sells designer and quality brand fashion accessories, for men and women, that are in the very best condition. We select items which are most likely to sell and so they are:

• fashionable or stylish and in season 
• clean, without stains damage or odour
• in good working order (zips, buttons, catches, etc)
