Enter the Norwich Fashion Week Window Competition 2012

Make your store a talking point, attract more shoppers and enjoy free publicity.

Work with the fresh ideas of young talent at City College Norwich.

Are you a Norwich Retailer? We are looking for Fashion, Jewellery, Shoes, Accessories, Opticians, Beauty and Hair retailers to enter the Norwich Fashion Week Window Competition 2012.

Retailers will be allocated a student who is studying Business and Retail, Fashion Retail or Fashion and Textiles at City College Norwich, to work with them to design and dress a window.  

Retail students rise to Start-Up challenge

An Apprentice-style challenge which saw students from City College Norwich getting out of the classroom and selling men’s fashion wear to the city’s shoppers has been a big hit with students.

Norwich RETAIL skills academy wins award for supporting local independent retailers

The RETAIL skills academy at City College Norwich has been presented with a national award by retail guru Mary Portas for the level of support it has provided to local independent retailers. 

 

Norwich Fashion Week Window Competition Winner Announced

 

The winners of the RETAIL Skills Academy window display competition were announced last night at The Forum, Norwich, following the launch night fashion show for Norwich Fashion Week.

 

City College Norwich textiles student Lauren Loh, working with fashion retailer Nola on Timberhill in Norwich, were named as overall winners of the competition.  Lauren’s display used ribbons and bows and origami birds set around bird cages, creating a fun and lively feel in the style of the Odd Molly brand.

Norwich Fashion Week Window Competition - September 2011

Why not get involved in this September's Norwich Fashion Week Window Dressing Competition?

Norwich retailers will have the opportunity to work with students form the RETAIL skills academy to design a beautiful store window.

Retailers have the chance to win a Mary Portas Masterclass worth £200 as well as having their store featured in the Norwich Evening News.

Open to all fashion, accessory and beauty retailers.
