Alex

Alex provides advice and guidance on retail training, qualifications and careers.  She helps select the right training for businesses and individuals and can design bespoke training.  She advises on career progression routes, accessing information on over 60 retail roles.  You can also contact Alex to check the arrangements for any of the academy’s services.   

With experience as both a Retail Owner and Manager Alex holds qualifications in Retail Management and a degree in Business Management. Areas of expertise include visual merchandising and social media marketing.

Alex enjoys the variety of retail, believes there is always something new to learn and a challenge to tackle.
