Employer Partnership Consultant Laura analyses the training needs for retailers of all sizes across the region, offering individual solutions through sector specific training, development and business services.
With eight years’ experience she has a thorough understanding of different delivery models and assessment tools and the impact they have on retail performance.
Laura has worked on the high street for a busy retail travel agency and remains aware of the changing retail environment through her daily meetings with retailers. She sees retail as an ever-changing market place with something for everyone and a great place to be creative and enjoy working as part of a team.
