The RETAIL skills academy is based among retailers in Chapelfield Shopping Centre in the centre of Norwich. It comprises three elements:
- A training suite designed and equipped for retail learning and development (opening Autumn 2011)
- An outlet providing information and advice about retail training, qualifications and business services
- ego, Norwich's Buy & Sell Fashion Boutique, where aspiring and existing retailers learn, develop and showcase their retail skills
